OPENING UP THE GATE
As of 2019, less than 7% of U.S. airline flight crews are minorities. Many underrepresented youth do not see or believe opportunities in the aviation industry are open to them. There are a number of reasons why they lack vision: lack of access, no clear path to success, lack of funds and cultural barriers. Our strategy is to face these hurdles head-on with an effective plan that enables young people to see and master aviation opportunities.
